Annotation
The course examines the problems of a multicultural society and focuses on the sphere of adult education.Nonformal and informal ways of learning connected with participation in activities of civil society and social movements are the main subject of this course.The role of the state is analysed too.The problems of minorities are also stressed in this context.The course covers debates over the current change of a social and political life.The final two lectures will concentrate on the Czech example of multicultural education in civil society.
