The course is delivered in English. Seminar is aiming to reach those, who are choosing the path of educators working with diverse groups.
Basic orientation in working with competencies and understanding of non-formal education methodologies, experiential education and interculturality is a benefit. Part of the activities are based on self-exploration, self-reflection, working in small groups and group sharing.
