The main aim of the course is to acquaint students with the current trends in research on language and its use, while simultaneously training them in presentation skills. The first part of the course will focus on how to create effective presentations, including both slides and posters.
The second part will then focus on review papers that summarize the development and current state of various subfields or domains.
