Annotation

Introductory practice focuses on mediating the first experiences of future teachers with the reality of schools, from the position of an observer of pedagogical events. It fulfills a formative function (motivation to the profession and to the study of theoretical pedagogical-psychological disciplines), an informative function (development of concrete ideas of students about pedagogical phenomena, perception of the working and social atmosphere of schools, illustration and verification of theoretical teaching) and an instrumental function (forming an observational sense and developing skills to "see and hear" pedagogically, skills to navigate pedagogical situations and document observed phenomena).

Upon agreement with the faculty teacher, the student assists in teaching and may also take over some of his tasks (preparation of materials, lesson planning, evaluation, tutoring, etc.).
