Annotation

The subject “Medieval Philosophy B” is a complementary course to the subject “Medieval Philosophy A”, it is closely linked with it in terms of content and students complete both parts simultaneously (in the same semester). It is focused on intensive analysis of primary texts.

In this course (fully taught in English), we will focus on the three main figures of High Scholasticism: Thomas Aquinas, John Duns Scotus, William of Ockham. Texts and secondary literature will be provided on Moodle.
