Theoretical and methodological approach to the process of information systems development and design are the main focus of the course. Special emphasis is laid on project-life-cycle development throughout the 4 basic phases: initiation, planning, executing and monitoring and close-out. After a successfull completion of the course, students should be able to understand and apply basic concepts of project management methodologies and integrate fast into project team environment.
In the second part of the course the process of project application in framework of grants program is explained and excercised.
