Annotation
The course will give students an introduction to the system of legal enactments related to the key aspects of information society. The aim of the course is to enable students to comprehend and interpret legal texts and actively use them in real-life situations emerging from working as an IT specialist.
Among the key issues of the course will be: copyright law on the internet, legal responsibility of ISPs, domain names disputes, law enforcement. The course will demand active approach and independent work of the students.
