Main topics -The verb and its main functions: predicate -functional-semantic characteristics of verb -verbal flexion (conjugation) - person, number, tense, modus. -Aspect - contrastive analysis - Genus: aktivum a pasivum. -Reflexivity -infinitiv, participium.

Annotation

This seminar, Morphology II, will complete the topic of nominal parts of speech (with focus on numerale, particule), which were not discussed in Morphology I. The main target of the seminar is a detailed analysis of the verb, its grammatical categories and morphological aspects.

Verbal categories, contrastive analysis,verbal tenses and its function, comparison with Czech language. The category of Aspect and its relevance in Dutch.

Infinitive and its use. Modality.
