Subject presents the key findings from the psychology of close interpersonal relationships. Presented will be the summary of the key theories and the results of research studies, but space is also devoted to lesser-known phenomena and concepts. The subject offers theoretical definition and interconnection of particular information, which are often problematic to gasp because of its ambiguity and inconsistent approach in literature. The attention is payed not only on brief definitions, but also on expanding information especially from foreign literature.

Particular themes will be mainly discussed from the perspective of partner relationships, but space is also devoted to the relationships in the family or among friends.
