Methods and techniques of selected schools and trends - demonstration/illustration, interpretation, experiential training/exercise, basic self-study, discussion, analysis
Annotation:
The course introduces students in a demonstrative-experiential way (by direct participation or observation) to various techniques and methods of evidence-based psychological approaches in their use across a spectrum of application contexts, i.e. in psychotherapy, counselling, psychosocial training, personal development, coaching, mediation, mentoring, soft skills training, communication training, etc. The course explains the differences in the professional qualification training for the practice of the disciplines at a professional level, explains to the students the requirements of professional studies in training, the structure of studies, the course also introduces the institutions sponsoring the training and the interest/professional associations and institutes organizing postgraduate education and training for the field of psychotherapy, counselling, coaching, etc.
