THE COURSE IS NOT TAUGHT IN WINTER 2022.
The main aim of the course is to present key notions, theories, and sub-disciplines of criminology. The focus will be given to various aspects of crime, including offenders and their motivation, victims, specific crimes, crime control and crime perception by public (see the overview of topics below). Students will be expected to actively involve in discussions during the class.
The course is open to all students interested in the topic.
