The subject provides a view of the development and analysis of the organization from an individual, group and macro- organizational levels. The course is designed theoretically and empirically. Attention is paid basic concepts of organizational development and planned changes and their application in case studies or situations from real organizational life. Students can do so in the course, apply your work experience from functioning in various organizations, analyze various problematic situations and find solutions for them.

The aim of the course is to provide participants with a theoretical framework for understanding key issues the functioning of the organization, increasing its efficiency and at the same time developing abilities and skills necessary for the implementation of interventions in the organization.
