Syllabus
Nápní kurzu je práce s odbornými texty. Zpočátku se pracuje s publicistickými/populárně naučnými texty, postupně přejdeme k textům odborným. V první polovině semestru texty vybírá vyučující, v 2. polovině se zaměřujeme na odborné oborové texty zúčastněných studentů. Základní metodou práce s nimi je jejich překlad do češtiny. Pozornost je věnována i odborné slovní zásobě a gramatice (významový vztah mezi větami v souvětí vyjádřený spojkami, přechodníky, přídavnými jmény slovesnými aj.) a rozvoji dalších dovedností spojených s prací s odborným textem (prezentace textu, výběr klíčových slov aj.) V průběhu celého kurzu studenti plní dílčí úkoly, které jsou součástí závěrečného hodnocení (Zk). Sylabus: práce s odbornými texty se vzrůstající obtížností internetové zdroje metody vedoucí k zefektivnění práce s odborným textem (odhadování významu slov, práce se slovníkem, vyhledávání klíčových slov,...)

Annotation
This is a one-semester course, 1 x 2 lessons per week.
The basis is working with Russian texts, but the language of instruction is Czech, that is why it is not recommended for foreign students.
NEW from 2021/22, the course ends with an exam and is also interchangeable with the separate exam Academic Reading in the Common Core (ASZRJ2000).
In practice, this means that a student who has the Common Core exam "Foreign Language II - Academic Reading" prescribed in the curriculum can choose to enroll in the stand-alone exam - code ASZRJ2000, or enroll in the course "Academic Reading" - code ASZRJ3050, ending with an exam. The course exam will then automatically fulfill the requirement for the 2nd language exam in the common core (so the student doesn´t enroll for the code ASZRJ2000). Advantages and disadvantages- see requirements for the exam.
Students who do not need the exam in Russian as a second language but want to improve their work with professional foreign language texts, expand their vocabulary and become familiar with more complex grammatical structures can also enroll in the course.
We also recommend the course Academic Reading as a supplementary subject in preparation for the oral professional part of an exam B2.
