* Beginners:
The main focus of lessons 1 - 2 is proper technique, body awareness, correct breathing, smooth and slow movements, as well as involving the correct muscle groups
Lessons 3 - 6: extending the variety of stretching and strengthening exercises, exercising with music
Lessons 7 - 12: routines with exercises of various difficulty levels adjusted individually based on previous experience and current abilities of the student
* Advanced:
Lesson 1: brushing up on the basics
Lessons 2 - 12: routines which gradually increase in difficulty
Strengthening and stretching exercise which helps correct muscle imbalance. The exercise highlights correct technique of core strengthening, putting special emphasis on abdominal muscles.
Pilates requires full concentration.
