- Warm-up, final relaxation routine, and stretching exercises

- Demonstration of individual exercises and practice of the correct technique

- Exercising under the supervision of the trainer

Weight training with machines, dumbbells, and own bodyweight. An overview of gym safety guidelines, principles of warm-up exercise, the main workout, and final stretching exercise.

Mastering both theoretical and physiological principles of weight training. Gradual transition from preparatory exercises to a full weight training routine under the supervision of the teacher.
