Zumba is a dance fitness program full of Latin American rhythms, which make up 70% of the whole lesson (salsa, bachata, chacha, merengue), the rest is modern music, hip hop, African and Indian rhythms, flamenco, zorba etc.
At the beginning of the lesson there is a classic warm up, at the end there must be a cool down. It is a form of aerobic interval training.
