The course presupposes knowledge with the Armenian alphabet and the fundamental rudiments of the Western Armenian language, such as that acquired through an introductory course. It will reinforce the elements of Grammar and aims to develop the ability to copy with unseen basic texts, develop oral skills, and gain a degree of competence in the literary as well as colloquial language, but not entail prose composition in the language.

Appropriate online tools will be made available as appropriate.
