Anotace
The purpose of the summer clerkship in pediatrics is to become acquainted with the basics of pediatric propedeutics, physiologic aspects of the growth and child development, changes in clinical examination in various stages of growth, and to familiarize oneself with the basics of preventive care in children from the newborn period until adolescence. Another purpose of the clerkship is to give the students the opportunity to acquire or to improve their clinical skills while all the procedures are performed under the supervision of an experienced physician.
