INTERNET A SCIENTIFIC INFORAMTION - History and presence, Primary and secondary information sources in hardcopy and on Internet (general search engines, virtual medical databases, Medline, PubMed, ?), quality evaluation of scientific journals and publications (Impact Factor, citation index, ?).
Annotation
It is teaching students in active searching and sorting of scientific information on Internet by means of different internet browsers and search engines. The course explains basic parts of scientific publications - articles, process of articles creation and tools of articles evaluation.
