Annotation

An advanced course of laboratory methods in hematology and hematooncology. The use of selected methods both in diagnostics and monitoring during the course of diseases will be addressed.

Flow-cytometry of blood elements and immunophenotyping of lymphocytes subpopulation will be demonstrated. Molecular techniques including PCR, blotting, microarrays, and gene sequencing will be introduced.
