Syllabus
Náplň kurzu bude kombinovat praktika u lůžka u pacientů na JIP u pacientů s hrudními drény a ev. u dalších s akutními stavy. Toto bude doplňováno podrobnějším rozborem kazuistik zajímavých pacientů z dostupné dokumentace.
Předpokládáme, že během návštěv se studentům naskytne příležitost podílet se na praktickém managementu žávažných stavů - např. asistence u odlehčovacích punkcní, drenáží a dalších intervencí.
Annotation
The students will be introduced to acute pulmonary diagnoses, complications and cases which need immediate solution. We will discuss indications, practical skills and management of diseases of pleura wich need od a chest drain.
Furthemore, conditions which require intensice care, respirátory insuficiency, cardiopulmonary instability which need observation will be discussed. Special attention will be given to conditions with pulmonary haemorrhaging and other acute states in pneumology.
