Receptor-mediated pathway of apoptosis. Granzyme B/perforin-mediated pathway of apoptosis.

Apoptosome pathway of apoptosis. Apoptotic protein substrates and fragmentation of genomic DNA.

Regulation of apoptotic patways.

Annotation

The aim of this one-semester course is to provide the students the basic overview of molecular mechanisms underlying the process of cell apoptosis under physiological and pathological conditions.
