1. Greater intestine I. (embryology and development, rotation, ileocecal junction)
2. Greater intestine II. (fixation of subparts of greater intestine and connection with peritoneum and organs, blood supply and innervation )
3. Kidney (embryology, fixation, synthopy, structure, topography of kidney, demonstration of speciments)
4. Pelvis (bones, joints, muscles, vessels, nerves)
5. Genital of female I. (embryology, organs and fixation, synthopy)
6. Genital of female I. (topography, demonstration of speciments)
7. Genital of men I. (embryology, organs and fixation, synthopy )
8. Genital of men II. (topography, demonstration of speciments)

Předmět umožní studentům díky využití různých řezů lépe se orientovat ve stavbě lidského těla, správně určit jednotlivé struktury na CT a MR a lépe pochopit vzájemné vztahy jednotlivých orgánů a orgánových soustav. Zároveň bude možné provádět porovnání zvolených struktur u čtyř konkrétních těl a vidět tak individuální rozdíly.
Cílem je tedy umožnit studentům další pohled na lidské tělo pomocí moderních počítačových metod a rozšířit jejich znalosti z oblasti topografické anatomie.
