Pathology of organelles: mitochondria, peroxisomes,lysosomes. Disorders of glycogen turnover.

Steatosis. Amyloidosis.

Pathology of fibroplasia. Clonal composition of tissues, disorders of differentiation.

Morphology of water and mineal dysbalance. Pathologic calcification, stone formation.

Exogenous and endogenous pigments. Causes and mechanisms of inflammation.

Morphology of acute inflammation. Chronic and granulomatous inflammation.

Progressive changes and tissue repair. General hemodynamic disorders.

Local hemodynamic disorders. Inborn errors.

Pseudotumours. Neoplastic transformation of the cell.

Biological behaviour of tumours. Mesenchymal and epithelial tumours.
