The courses are focused on the development (or acquisition) of skills and motor skills in downhill and cross-country skiing and snowboarding leading to the improvement of riding technique, both practical and theoretical forms of teaching.
Theoretical seminars:
- mountain medicine - avalanches, first aid, hypothermia, frostbite;
- the latest trends in winter activities;
- modern technologies, including consulting - skis, snowboards, clothing, footwear, accessories ...
- individual analyzes of students' driving on video.
Practical seminars:
- modification of skis and snowboards - grinding, lubrication and cleaning.
Offer of activities:
- downhill skiing;
- cross country skiing;
- snowboard;
- downhill, running and snowboarding for complete beginners
Multi-day sports courses focused on downhill, cross-country skiing and snowboarding in domestic ski resorts.
The methods of teaching the winter sports course are practical exercises and theoretical seminars.

Registration will be possible through the registration system of the Institute of Physical Education 2.Lf UK and will be available at the beginning of October.
The optional subject winter sports course can be enrolled / canceled 3 working days before the start of the course.
