Respiratory tract infections

Herpesvirus infections (HSV-1, HSV-2), Chickenpox and herpes zoster

Influenza, parainfluenza, other viral infections of respiratory tract: RS virus, adenovirus, enterovirus, rhinovirus, acute obstructive laryngitis /croup/

Mycoplasmal and chlamydial infections /psittacosis, ornithosis/
