Anotace
History of psychiatry, organization of psychiatric care, classification of mental disorders, symptoms of mental disorders, psychopharmacological treatment, treatment with psychological means and psychotherapy, biological treatment in psychiatry, psychosocial treatment, stigma of mental disorders, legal issues in psychiatry, rights of the mentally ill, acute conditions in psychiatry. Diagnosis and treatment of the most important mental disorders: organic disorders, substance abuse and addiction, schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, affective, anxiety and neurotic disorders, behavior associated with physiological disorders and somatic factors.
