Normal fetal lie, presentation, attitude, position. Fetal malposition and malpresentation - breech presentation, transverse, oblique and unstable lie. Obstetrics examination before and during labour - external and internal obstetric examination, external examination of the pelvis. Notes:
Students will start practical courses at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at 8.00 AM. All students must have white clothing (white trousers, white coat, white shirt or T-shirt and white shoes) for practical courses.
Anotace
Anatomy and physiology of female, vital statistics, normal and pathological pregnancy, antenatal care, obstetrical examination, spontaneous labour, foetal malpositions and malpresentations, breech presentation, ultrasound examination, prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformations, antepartum hemorrhage, foetal distress, obstetric operations, acute obstetrics emergencies.
