Annotation
The aim of practice before state examination in Hygiene and Preventive Medicine and Social Medicine is to teach students the basic methodological skills in the field of health protection and promotion. Students are required to independently develop written work on chosen topic or on the subject assigned by the Department of Hygiene and Preventive Medicine or by the Department of Social Medicine. Students mostly develop a literary review regarding the possibilities of prevention of diseases with highest prevalence in countries of their origin, concrete preventive programs implemented in these countries and evaluation of their effectiveness, etc. We can accept the confirmation concerning 14 dayes pre-state practice on chosen Public Health institution, as well.
The defense of this work or the presentation of the practice is part of the state exam from Hygiene and Preventive Medicine and Social Medicine.
