Annotation
The state exam takes place according to the schedule of Faculty of Medicine. Regular dates are usually listed in February and June, alternative dates are usually in April, July/August, and September, always at least 4 weeks from the previous date.
The commission consists of three members, state exam consists of an oral examination and a practical examination, which will take place at one of the internal departments. Please bring a white coat, slippers and a phonendoscope for the practical part of the exam.
The practical examination does not have to be repeated on the first attempt, if the student obtained a grade of 1 or 2 and a maximum of 1 year has elapsed since the first attempt. In the second attempt, the practical and oral exam are repeated, an external member of the commission appointed by the study department of the Faculty of Medicine is present.
