Examples of structured medical documentation
The aim of this subject is to introduce students to the basic tools and methods used in informatics, with a special regard to its medical applications. The main focus of the subject will be on clarification of the principles of the contemporary medical devices (image and biosignal processing, data transmissions, structuring of information), and on acquiring basic skills in working with electronic medical documentation (optimal structuring of documentation, applications of structured documentation in production of documents derived from medical documentation, such as medical reports or various forms).
