Course content is a multi-day(4 to 7 days) associated with active and intense movement loads in the winter terrain. The content of the courses is to get acquainted with the character of winter activities, safety rules, material technical basis and the development and consolidation of the physical abilities and skills necessary for the given physical activity.
The course is designed for advanced skiers.
