Annotation
The course Proteomics focuses on classical and advanced methods of protein analysis and their application to various scientific and clinical disciplines. During the lectures and seminars, students will get acquainted with protein analysis principles, including sample preparation and data evaluation.
In practical exercises, students will try all the main steps of a proteomic experiment, i.e., basic sample preparation, its analysis using liquid chromatography online hyphenated to mass spectrometry, and evaluation of the recorded data using bioinformatics tools.
