In this course, students have possibility to deepen their knowledge in the fields of financial and corporate law. Detailed explanation will be given on the issues concerning acquisitions of companies, executing of legal audit of companies (due diligence) and financing of acquisitions of companies.
Focus of lectured topics lies in the financing of acquisitions, from general questions to debt financing or financing through instruments of financial markets. Within this course students should gain a comprehensive, interdisciplinary knowledge specifically focused on the acquisition of companies.
