Annotation

The course is taught at the University of Strasbourg and can be taken by students enrolled in Corporate Strategy and Finance program only.

The course presents advanced concepts for corporate finance (financial analysis of listed firms and groups, investment choice) and for corporate strategy and it also presents the key concepts for the understanding of project finance at the European level.
