Annotation
The lecture introduces students to the theoretical concept of journalistic photography and photojournalism, and visual culture in general, demonstrates its features, genres, its historical roots, evolution, shows important works from the history of photojournalism. Part of the lectures is the analysis of contemporary, photojournalistic production in the Czech Republic and abroad.
It also opens the problems of ethics of photojournalism, and actual issues as-is process of digitalization, etc.
