Syllabus
Students will learn about nature of digital image, how to handle it, how to use photoediting software. On practical examples will they learn about charakteristics of digital photography, and ethical problems which have entered the area of photojournalism with digital imaging.
1. digital vs. analog photography.
2. technical principles, basic terms.
3. photoediting software - Photoshop, Lightroom.
4. Adobe Photoshop CS3
5. Editing of pictures Required: Full attendance at and active participation in each lecture.
Annotation
Aim of the class is to learn about digitalized image in the area of photojournalism. Students will be introduced into problematics of digital imaging, learn about posibilities of digital image post-production.
