Annotation

This subject gives the students an excursion into Czech legislation in the field of regulation of media and journalistic profession. The lessons focus mainly on the "press law", on the right to defend personality and good renown, some law aspects of running radio and TV broadcasting including the problematic of digitalisation, copyright, as well as the basic terminology and basics of criminal procedure and criminal law in relation to the journalistic profession.
