Annotation
The course will deal with twelve key issues that are currently debated in the EU and which dominate the political and media debate on the EU. It comprises of one lecture and one seminar weekly.
During the lectures the issues will be introduced and analysed, including the theoretical concepts, historical development of the debate, and positions of relevant actors. In the seminars, the students will address the current state of the debate, present their opinions and criticise those of their peers.
