Annotation
The course analyses political systems of selected Central and Eastern European countries: Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. The lectures will cover the transition to democracy in these countries, its constitutional and political development, decision making bodies and political parties.
Political systems will be compared within two regions: Visegrad and Baltics.
