Anotace
The course will be taught by dr. David Galbreath from the University of Bath, UK.
David is Professor of International Security in the Department of Politics, Languages & International Studies. His research interests are in comparative national security and defence policy, as well as how science and technology affect war, conflict and violence.
He is a director of the Centre for War and Technology, and his research activities focus on military and strategic theory, emergent warfare, science and technology advances and arms control. He has recently been involved in several research projects, such as Force transformation in European militaries (ESRC), Emergent science and technology from bio-chemistry (ESRC/DSTL), Understanding the role of cultural products in cultural diplomacy, Forever vigilant? Technology and the rise of boundless warfare (AHRC).
