Annotation
The Letter to the Hebrews is a good example of the interconnection between literary structure and formulations and theological message. The structure and rhetorics served to the author to express in an excellent way his new teaching on Christ as our High Priest of the New Covenant.
The aim of the seminar is to study in the chosen pericopes the main aspects of the "priestly Christology" as it is formulated and exposed by the author in the light of the large NT a OT background.
