Syllabus

I. Introduction to the concept of the seminar and acquaintance with technical tools that will be used

II. Introduction to the problems of early modern society (medieval vs. renaissance vs. baroque society)

II. Excursion in connection with the topic of the seminar

III. - X. Introduction to the components of contemporary society from the late Middle Ages to the Baroque (papers, co-reports, reading texts, discussions)

XI. Summary of acquired knowledge, discussion

Annotation

The seminar will be treat to the topic of changes in early modern society. Within the course we will get acquainted with the typical social strata of the periods of the early modern age and their development during the Renaissance and Baroque (with an overlap to the Middle Ages and the Enlightenment).

The seminar will be held in Czech.
