Praktická část
- seznámení s hebrejským kvadrátním písmem
- základy morfologie a syntaxe biblické hebrejštiny
Annotation
The one-semester seminar, which is obligatory for students of theology, contains both theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the presentation will cover the character of the Semitic languages, the development of the script in the area of the ancient Middle East, the place of the biblical text in the surrounding cultures, its Hebrew version and the ancient translations.
On several demonstrations, a distinctive style of Old Testament texts will be presented in narrative, poetry, prophetic genre and wisdom literature.
