The aim of the course is to explore fundamental principles and values of the Catholic Social Teaching as a specific response to ethical dilemmas of our everyday personal, corporal, social and civic-political lives. The Catholic vision of ´a good life lived with and for others in just institutions´ (P.
Ricoeur) is interpreted as social responsibility coming from the heart of the ´social Gospel´ (biblical, traditional and church teaching), as well as from historical ´signs of the time´ reflected by ethicists, theologians, philosophers, social scientists, and people of good will who are committed to solve social problems.
