Annotation
This course will introduce the basic themes of spiritual theology:
I. The theological basis (The Holy Trinity, the giving of people, God's grace and human sin, the Christian experience and the dynamics of the theological life);
II. Basic themes (the spiritual community, the testimony of revealed love, the celebration of the divine-human relationship, the calling to service and mysticism in the Church);
III. The spiritual pilgrimage (spiritual development of the individual and community, paradigms of prayer development, spiritual illnesses, the bipolar character of spiritual life);
IV. The study of spiritual theology (basic definition of the field, sources, methods and themes, its relation to other fields and practical methodology).
