Annotation

Human Rights: Justice, Reason, Intellect and Participation is a subject about the theory of the human rights idea. Students will discuss various backgrounds of this idea during the history of Western civilization.

The aim is to know how different philosophical positions can motivate diverse theories of law and norms and to understand the historical backgrounds of several theories of human rights.
