The course includes three types of academic work: publishing, submission of a grant project and participation in a conference.
During the study, the doctoral student demonstrates the ability of independent research by publishing two academic studies (2) either in a foreign impacted periodical or in a Czech peer-reviewed periodical, in a peer-reviewed domestic or foreign collective monograph or in a peer-reviewed domestic or foreign collected papers. Publication in a periodical published by students or in a periodical of a popularizing nature, as well as the publication of a conference output in a conference proceedings, is not considered fulfillment of the obligation. They must always be stand-alone or first-author publications. Furthermore, the doctoral student publishes four reviews (4) in one of the academic periodicals during his
/ her studies. At least one (1) published output (review, study, chapter in a monograph) must be published abroad in a periodical, collection or collective monograph that meets the above criteria.
Furthermore, during the course of his / her studies, the doctoral student actively participates (with a conference output) in at least one academic conference and submits at least one grant project (GA UK and similar)
Fulfillment of this obligation is confirmed by the supervisor by entering "fulfillment of the study obligation“.
