Practical course from fungal ecophysiology

Class at Faculty of Science |
MB120C114

Syllabus

The subject includes nine practical tasks, which will be accomplished during the course. They include detection of enzyme activities, interactions of different species, growth and morphology changes at various sources and substrates, allelopathic effect of fungal exudates and degradation of polymeric organic compounds.

Annotation

Please note, the lectures are given in Czech language only.

Fungal ecophysiology studies interactions of fungi with their environment and describes mechanisms of these interactions. The results of ecophysiological studies reveal fungal strategies, adaptations and the variability of responses at different fungal species and strains.
