- Eurotiales: Species of genera Aspergillus, Penicillium, Talaromyces, Byssochlamys, etc. Species concepts, problems of identification.
- Hypocreales: Fusarium, Trichoderma, Clonostachys, Verticillium aj. Taxonomic situation, demonstration of the most frequent species.

Identification of the microscopic fungi (moulds) occurring in our environment - microfungi on food and feed, on walls of flats, in air, and microfungi useful in biotechnologies. Attention is drawn on anamorphs connected with ascomycetous orders Eurotiales and Hypocreales (genera Penicillium,
Aspergillus, Trichoderma, Fusarium etc.). Methods of isolation and cultivation, evaluation of micromorphological and macromorphological features. Production of mycotoxins and influence on human health.
